Basics Yoga -  This traditional, authentic Hatha practice will introduce and guide you through the basic postures of yoga, bringing together breath and movement in a way that opens up the body and mind.

Gentle Yoga - Relax * Renew * Restore.  The class is perfect for those wanting a more gentle practice that soothes as well as strengthens.  A slower paced class perfect for everyone including beginners, seniors, as well as those with injury or mobility challenges.

Yin Yoga
- In Yin Yoga, is a deep stimulating practice that directly focuses on stretching connective tissue in the hips, pelvis and lower spine.  Postures are held from three to ten minutes helping to "unglue" the connective tissue.  Yin Yoga is a great compliment to other forms of yoga practice.

Yoga Nidra - Is a powerful guided meditation that works to restore overall physical, mental and emotional health and well-being.  The practice of yoga relaxation has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and clear emotional holding. (Nidra is the Sanskrit word for "sleep")
